Park Reservation and Facility Use Policies:
The Park and Recreation Department is committed to providing quality park facilities for the use and enjoyment of the residents of Rosenberg. Park Reservation and Facility Use Policies have been established by City Council for the use and reservation of parks, pavilions, fields, and gazebos. It is the responsibility of park facility users to follow the City's Park Reservation and Facility Use Policies.
Reservations for park facilities are to be made in person by visiting the Rosenberg Civic and Convention Center, 3825 Highway 36 South, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Questions may be directed to 832-595-3520 or 832-595-3960.
Memorial Tree Program at Seabourne Creek Park:
Create a “Living Legacy” to honor a special person or event in your life. The Memorial Tree Program allows individuals, families, organizations, or corporations the opportunity to memorialize and honor individuals or events through the planting of a hard wood tree in our premier park, Seabourne Creek located at 3827 Texas 36 South. Brazos
Park - 320 Houston Street
Lighted Pavilion, Ten (10) Picnic Tables, four (4) Barbecue
Grills, Playground Equipment , water and electricity available.
Restrooms.
Community Park - 2000 Ave. A
Two (2) Picnic Tables, Playground Equipment, one (1) Barbecue
Grill, water available, a Lighted Basketball Pavilion and
restrooms.
Garcia Park - 716 Blume Road
Three (3) Covered Pavilions - Two (2) Pavilions with one (1)
Table each and One (1) Pavilion with three (3) tables, Playground
equipment, water and electricity available, Three (3) Barbecue
Grills, Restrooms and a Lighted Basketball Court.
Harwood Park - 1005 Frances Drive
Covered Pavilion, Two (2) Picnic Tables and Playground Equipment.
No Restrooms or electricity.
Seabourne Creek - 3827 Hwy. 36 South
One Hundred Sixty Four (164) Acre Nature Park, Walking, Jogging,
Bicycle Trails, Wetlands, A four (4) Acre Fishing lake stocked
with Trout, Catfish, Bass and Perch. Restrooms in park. Also
inside the park is the R.W. Lindsey Gazebo, which is 1,025
sq. ft and is lighted and also has electricity and is available
for rental. Three (3) little league baseball fields, one (1) little
league softball field, one (1) football/soccer field scheduled to open
Summer 2010.
Sunset Park - 2017 Mulcahy
Two (2) Lighted Pavilions - Large Pavilion has nine (9) tables
with electricity available. Small Pavilion has six (6) tables
with electricity available. Water available. Four (4) Barbecue
grills, Restrooms and Playground equipment, and Lighted Tennis
courts.
Travis Park - 3004 Ave. N
Two (2) Lighted Pavilions - Large Pavilion has nine (9) tables
with electricity available. Small Pavilion has three (3) tables,
no electricity available. Four (4) Barbecue Grills and water
available. Restrooms, Lighted Basketball court and Playground
Equipment
Riverbend Park - 2601 Ave. A
